Chepangs are the ethnic groups who still have a lifestyle of the 17th century and reside in jungles completely isolated with the outer world, living in the South-western hills of Nepal. With the development of infrastructures and communication the Chepangs are slowly participating in the mainstream of the country. The trek is based on the concept of home stay and hospitality of the Chepangs is much liked by the people who have visited this place.
Nepal's Terai possesses a beauty that is totally unexpected in a country known mainly for soaring snow-covered mountains. Chitwan, a majestic and powerful location teeming with wildlife hosts one of Asia's finest national parks, renowned for its dense concentration of wildlife. Seas of elephant grass ripple beneath a magnificent sunset and pervasive sense of relaxation soaks in deeper, the longer you stay.
