Itinerary Detail

Day 01:- 1 Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrival in the Kathmandu airport (TIA), you will be greeted by a representative from Adventure Mission Nepal (AMN) and transfer to hotel .we will be discussing about the trek in details. In the evening we will organized a welcome dinner at Nepalese restaurant with traditional style and food. Overnight at hotel on BB.

Day 02:- Sightseeing in Katmandu Valley {1310m} approximately:-6 hours
we start a guided tour to several of the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks include the World Heritage Sites: the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupati Nath, the famous 'Monkey Temple' (Swaymbunath) and Buddhists shrine (Buddha Nath) which is one of the largest Stupas in the world. In the afternoon, there will be a pre-trip discussion about the trek and equipments regarding the upcoming trek. Overnight at hotel

Day 03:- Flight to Lukla- Trek to Phakding (2656m) approximately:-3 hours
A spectacular flight and a creepy gutsy landing on a steep mountain runway bring us to the start of our trek at the village of Lukla [2850m]. After meeting the crew and sorting out details we start our walk through the crunching climb and trail to our first camp near the river at Phakding. We stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 04:- Trek Phakding to Namche (3450m) approximately:-5.30 hours
we cross and re-cross the river on high suspension bridges. Beyond, Monjo is the entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park .We then ascend quite steeply to Namche and along the way; we catch our first glimpse of Mt. Everest in the distance. Namche is the main trading village in the Khumbu and has a busy market. We stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 05:- Acclimatization day in Namche {3450m} approximately:-4 hours.
Namche is tucked away between two ridges amidst the giant peaks of the Khumbu and has an abundance of lodges, tea shops and souvenir shops as well as a magnificent outlook that seems to meet western standards, even at this remote mountain outpost. The amazing Sherpa folks down here have learnt a lot from the big expeditions that have passed this way. It is an ideal place to spend a rest day, acclimatizing to the new altitude before heading off towards Tengboche. Options for acclimatization walks include a visit to Khunde hospital which was set-up by Sir Edmund Hillary, or a one hour walk up to the Everest view hotel above Namche for the sunset view of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse and Everest. There are also good views from the national park centre and museum just above the town. We have a nice time at Namche and then settle in for the night.

Day 06:- Trek to Thame {4000m} approximate time 3.30 hours
The trail to Thame starts from the Namche Bazar, by passing a large array of prayer flags, Mani stone and chorten. The route turns west for Thame passing along the way through mani walls ,chortens and Tibetan area and the trail is almost level as we head up the Bhote Koshi Valley, once a popular trading route into Tibet. After descending to the Bhote Koshi the trail climbs steeply to Thame. From here there are good views of the peaks of Teng Kangpoche and Kwangde. Thame Gompa is situated above the village overlooking the valley .we stay overnight at tented camp

Day 07:- Trek to khumjung (3786m) approximate time 4 hours
We retrace our route down to the Bhote koshi valley towards Namche and branch off to follow a calm trail to Khumjung. Khumjung is a very beautiful hidden village, lies in the foot of holy mountains, the Khumbila. The very power full God of Khumbu region offers incredible opportunity to glimpse the Yeti scalp at Monastery; and breathtaking views of Thamserku, Kangtega and Ama-Dablam are the great portion of satisfaction during the trip. We stay overnight at camp.

Day 08:- Trek to Phortse (3542m) approximate time 4.30 hours
We continue descends for while and then we climb slightly over the ridges of the mound hill to Monga La, offers fantastic glimpse of surroundings and then we descends steeply down to the river, to climb up further to Phortse at 3810m, a village, which seems unaffected by the advent of trekkers. We stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 09:- Trek to Pangboche (3930m) approximate time 3.30 hours
the route continue on the same trail climbing the small mound by passing a stream and chorten observing some of the finest quality of mountains from the narrow v shape valley, as well as the beneath scenery of river .After couples of hours continue efforts, take us to thePangboche at 3930m which is the last settlements and it has carried great importance because of its charming and unspoiled monastery. The monastery of around 1667 that makes it the oldest Sherpa Gompa in the Khumbu region. Explore the fantastic culture village as well as Monastery, we stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 10:- Trek to Tengboche (3860m) approximate time 2.30 hours
we continue descends to the Dudh Koshi River and then we cross the suspension take us through the pine, juniper and birch forest of Debouche 3710m, along passing old Mani walled. We then continue further up to Tengboche. Tengboche is the very famous religious place of Khumbu region, since the monastery been active in Tengboche it has become the most visited place, which offer the fantastic culture and rituals ceremony at monastery through Buddhist practice. We stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 11:- Trek to Namche (3440m) approximate time 5 hours
we continue climb down to the river at Phunki Tenga, then we keep continue climb until Sansa village. From here, we continue on a reasonably flat easy trail high above the Dudh Koshi to Namche bazaar. we stay overnight at local guest house .

Day 12 Trek to Phakding (2660m) approximate time 4.30 hours
we descend continue to the river and then follow the river by crossing and re-crossing trail before we reach the Phakding. We stay overnight at tea house or local guest house.

Day 13:- Trek to Lukla (2850m) approximate time 6 hours.
Our final day's trekking follows the Dudh Koshi back down to Lukla. Where we stay overnight at mountainous range for last time and experienced the memory of trekking

Day 14:- Flight back to Kathmandu {1310m} approximate time 30 minutes
Flight back to Kathmandu spends the leisure time on your own shopping or recreation or short sightseeing around city. We stay overnight at hotel.

Day 15 Departure to airport
Approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight a representative from ADVENTURE MISSION NEPAL will transfer you to the airport onwards your destination
