Kusum Kanguru Peak Climbing 6367m.
A unique mountain with three peaks Kusum Kanguru lies in the Everest region. Technically very challenging and demanding peak. Among the three summits, the north face of the main summit is the most impressive. For the south - east face route, the approach is made from Hinku Valley side and for the north face route we follow the trekking trail of Everest base camp up to Monjo and move ahead towards the south-east for two days to reach the base camp. A significant climbing experience in the rocks and ice is very essential to carry out this peak climbing. The weather at times is very rough and steady pace is a vital requirement during climbing this unique peak with three summits
Outline Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu - Lukla by flight. Trek to Phakding
Day 02: Trek to Manjo
Day 03 - 04: Trek to base camp
Day 05 - 10: Climbing period
Day 11 - 13: Retrace to Lukla.
Day 14: Lukla - Kathmandu by flight.
