The popular peak climbing's among the Himalayan peaks in Nepal is Lobuche peak. This peak is popular because of two reasons, the 1st one being the easy climbing and the second one being the enchanting 360 degree view of the eastern Himalayas. The normal route for climbing Lobuche is through South Ridge and it is consists of several small summits and the true summit requires climbing steep snow and ice slopes to the top from the summit ridge. Following the Everest base camp trek trail we route up to Pheriche and then trek to Dughla. The base camp is situated at 4950 m and is located at a glacial surface on the southeastern face.
Outline Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu - Lukla by flight. Trek to Phakding.
Day 02: Trek to Namche Bazaar.
Day 03: Rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization.
Day 04: Trek to Tengboche.
Day 05: Trek to Pheriche
Day 06: Trek to Lobuche.
Day 07: Trek to Kalapatthar - Lobuche
Day 08: Trek to Lobuche base camp.
Day 09: Rest day at base camp for necessary preparation.
Day 10: High camp.
Day 11: Summit - base camp.
Day 12: Spare day for summit
Day 13: Trek to Pheriche.
Day 14: Trek to Tengboche.
Day 15: Trek to Namche Bazaar.
Day 16: Trek to Lukla .
Day 17: Lukla - Kathmandu by flight.
