Itinerary Detail
Day 01: Kathmandu arrival (1300m)
Arrival in the Kathmandu airport (TIA), you will be greeted by a representative from Adventure Mission Nepal (AMN) and transfer to hotel .we will be discussing about the trek in details. In the evening we will organized a welcome dinner at Nepalese restaurant with traditional style and food. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing.
We start a guided tour to several of the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks include the World Heritage Sites: the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupati Nath, the famous 'Monkey Temple' (Swaymbunath) and Buddhists shrine (Buddha Nath) which is one of the largest Stupas in the world. In the afternoon, there will be a pre-trip discussion about the trek and equipments regarding the upcoming trek. Overnight at hotel
Day 03: Kathmandu -Dolakha (1350m) Drive
Drive to Dolakha (1660m.) via Lamosangu (750m.) and Charikot (1980m.) overnight at tented camp.
Day 04: Dolakha tio Shigati (950m)
Drive to Shigati (950m.) via Piguti (920m.)This takes about 3 and half hours! The trails pass through gravel road crossing the different villages of mixed community. We have to cross the several streams and jungles with varieties of orchid, rhodendron and other natural vegetation. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 05: Shigati - Jagat (1440m)
Trek to Jagat (1440m.) and it takes about seven hours. We trek through normal flat land along the side of the river and pass through rice terraced. There are small villages on your way which are inhabited by mixed community. We cross the jungles covered by orchid, rhododendron trees and wild vegetation. Now we cross a suspension bridge to reach Jagat, a small town resided by people of mixed culture. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 06: Jagat to Simigaon (2020m)
Trek to Simigaon (2020m.) which takes about seven and half hours. The first part of trails follows normally flat path, then it ascends and descends through the jungle. We cross through several suspension bridges. We can see numerous villages and local shop /teashop on the way. Steeply climb up to Simigaon, a village inhabited by Buddhist and few Hindus. Overnight in tented camp.
Day 07: Simigaon to Daldung La (3976m)
Trek to Daldung La (3976m.) and it takes about seven hours. On the route we come across the Sherpa villages. The uphill trek is rich in different varieties of plants and Rhododendron trees. After the uphill trek we will now come across ascending and descending paths while enjoying the scenic beauty of the place. If it happens to be a season you will witness the Yak Naka a temporary Yak shed especially for the preparation of cheese and butter. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 08: Daldung la to Beding (3690m)
Trek to Beding (3690m.) which takes about seven and half hours. The trek now ascends uphill through different varieties of plants and Rhododendron trees. We trek over the suspension bridges over the deep gorges in few places making the trek even more enchanting. Finally we reach Beding which is a big Sherpa village. overnight at tented camp.

Day 09: Rest Day at Beding
Acclimatization. We can hike in and around for acclimatization and have panoramic views of mountains like Mt. Gauri Shanker, Tibetan mountains of the Tibetan boarder. overnight at tented camp.

Day 10: Beding to Na (4180m)
Trek to Na (4180m.) and it takes about four hours. We explore the upper slopes of the valley for Snow Partridge or a visit to the nearby glacier lake. The trek path slightly ascends along the river bank. The place is an open path with fresh air and the charming sound of the river. We will also come across the Sherpa village and have the panoramic view of the mountains as the trek moves forward. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 11: Rest Day at Na for preparation for Ramdung Go (5930m.)
We will be able to witness the various views of mountains like Gauri Shanker, Menlung, Yalung and the mountains of the Tibet. Overnight at tented camp at a Yalung Glacier.
Day 12 : Na to Tso Rolpa lake(4540m)
Trek to Tso Rolpa Lake (4540m.) we will be trekking through the flat and gradually up path. We will be able to witness the beautiful Natural Lake filled with the chilling water of the glaciers. The views of Menlung and Tibetan Side Mountains add glory to the trek. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 13 : Tso Rolpa to Trakarding Glacier (4800m)
Trek to Trakarding Glacier (4800m.) Early morning we will walk through the glaciers throughout the day and will be able to experience the new enchanting beauties that would add extra dimensions into the trial. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 14 : Trakarding Glacier to Tashi Lapcha Phedi Camp(5755m)
Trek to Tashi Lapcha Pedi Camp (5755m.) The trail will still be ascending through some rock climbing and a gradual walk on the glacier. We stay o/n at campsite
Day 15: Tashi Lapcha Phedi to Tashi Lapcha Pass to Tashi Cape
Climb from Tashi Lapcha Pedi to Tashi Lapcha Pass (5755m.) to Tashi Cape. We will climb up the Tashi Lapcha Pedi and cross the Tashi Lapcha Pass through Tashi Cape. The trial will completely be over the snow straight up and then steep down towards Tashi Cape. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 16 : Tashi Cape to Thyomgbo(4350m)
Trek to Thyomgbo ( 4350m.) we will be experiencing a bit easy glacier walking. The trail descends down towards Thyomgbo .overnight at tented camp.
Day 17: Thyomgbo to Thame (3820m)
Trek to Thame ( 3820m.) Early morning we will trek down to Thame. This trail gradually descends and we will have an added experience of easier trail and will be able to enjoy the natural beauty of the environment. Overnight at hotel.
Day 18 : Thame to Namche Bazaar(3440m)
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m.) The trail descends gently for early one hour to Sanasa (3550m.). Now we have a glimpse of first really good views of the great peaks of the Khumbu including Mt Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kusum Kangaru. Passing by several villages and numerous teashops, the trail descends steeply to a bridge over the river Dudh Koshi at Phunki Tenga (3250m.) Although exhausting due to the zigzag path, the trek has numerous attractions like rhododendron bushes, beautiful birds chirping and superb mountain scenery making your trek exciting. Tyangboche is famous passing by several villages and numerous teashops; the trail ascends steeply to Sanasa where local Sherpa people sell the Tibetan goods. The way from Sanasa to Namche has small ups and downs with view of forests, scenery and mountains. Overnight at hotel.
Day 19: Namche Bazaar to Phakding (2652m)
Trek to Phakding (2652m.) and it takes about 4 hours. The trails descend steeply for early one and half hours. After that, the path has small ups and down to Phakding through Monjo. Stay Overnight at hotel.
Day 20: Phakding to Lukla (2800m)
Trek to Lukla [2800m] and it takes about 3 hours. We follow the Dudh Kosi back down to Lukla. This last evening in the mountains is the ideal opportunity for a farewell party with the Sherpa guides and porters, where you can sample some chhang, try Sherpa dancing and look back on a memorable trekking experience. Overnight at hotel.
Day 21: Lukla Kathmandu fly
Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. An early morning flight back to Kathmandu
Day 22: Kathmandu free days of your own.
This is the free day and you can use it for your shopping and can visit around the city and the place that missed to visit before. O/n at hotel.
Day 23: Final departure.
we depart at the estimated time of departure or the flight to your next destination and our representative will greet you for the safe flight and leave the airport after the takeoff.
